How to become a Live-Streaming Teacher

The primary goal of live-streaming a classroom is to make the online classroom learning environment interactive by engaging students with resources like live polls, live chat, and interactive activities. Teachers want to be able to interact with their students much the same way that they do when they are in a classroom together with them.

My 3rd Graders’ Taiko Performance 2018-19

I did a couple of fundraising events to raise money for my third grade students to participate in three months of Taiko drum lessons, which culminated in a performance at the Henry Mello Center for the Performing Arts. Special thanks to Ikuyo Content, founder of Watsonville Taiko, for generously taking us on as a special project.

Technology Fair 2019

My students mashed-up a variety of technologies to create their Google Tour of our school’s Expectation Stations so that other students can learn school rules while implementing PBIS methodologies. This Google Tour used Google Tour Builder, Google Poly Creator, Google Suite, WeVideo, VR 360 cameras, iPads, Chromebooks and wrote their own content. We presented our finish product at the PVUSD Technology Fair.
